The hotel was super cozy, with the station nearby and complimentary tea and breakfast. the staff were all so friendly and the location really calm. I'd probably opt for a room with a view next time as the breakfast offerings could use a little sprucing up – a bit more variety would be nice 🍳.

I was disappointed to find that the room I booked was hot and stuffy, with no windows that could be opened to let in fresh air. Even with the continuous rain, the room faced the sun all day, making it uncomfortably warm.

One minor drawback of the database was the inaccurate listing of room amenities. I was promised a balcony and ironing facilities, but upon arrival, found that these were not available.

One thing that could be improved is having clearer instructions on how to access the hotel after hours. Although we managed to find our way in, it would have been helpful to have been informed about this upon check-in.

Wonderful food and comfortable bedding! We stayed with our family and the affordable price for spacious rooms was impressive. the absolute best part of our stay was by far the delicious dinner. the plates were thoughtfully presented, and all four of us cleared our plates. Their selection of wine was perfectly paired with our meal. this stylish spot is conveniently located in a ped-friendly neighborhood that is close to both a railway station and popular attractions. the Nespresso machine was a great bonus too!

We had some small regrets about the lack of room amenities. There were no bodies of water in our rooms;

We had arranged a late check-in and were disappointed when no one was there to let us in. However, the friendly male staff member who eventually arrived made up for the initial inconvenience. Once inside, we found a very welcoming and comfortable bed that made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations. We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, offering private facilities and stunning views. We enjoyed spending time in the leisure room with Live entertainment, while the Sun terrace and Garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the staff provided excellent service, always happy to assist us with anything we needed.

The only minor issue was with the restaurant menu, which lacked a range of options for those with special dietary requirements. Despite this, the restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and provided a lovely atmosphere for dining.
