My recent stay at the Waterford Prestige Apartments in Caloundra was truly memorable due to the stunning views from the balcony overlooking the beach, glasshouse mountains, and the shipping route to Brisbane. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Tim, made our holiday experience even more enjoyable. the spacious and clean rooms with well-equipped amenities provided a comfortable and relaxing environment for quality family time.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. the heated pool and spa were a hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed spending quality family time together. the full kitchen in our spacious and clean room was a bonus, allowing us to cook meals and enjoy them on the outdoor dining area with a beautiful beach view.

One minor inconvenience was the spa pump being located away from the pool and working on a timer, requiring us to get out every 10-15 minutes to restart it. the dryer in the room tended to leave clothes damp even after extended drying time.

The location is perfect in the heart of Caloundra, close to everything for a family getaway. Tim provided great dining recommendations. Apartments are mostly full-time residents, ensuring a quiet environment. Secure parking on-site. The views are spectacular and check-in was a breeze. Beds were super comfy. All-around fantastic holiday spot with great amenities and a stunning sunset view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

Spent Christmas at this hotel and I must say the key location was great, right in the center of all the action! the Christmas eve wine and cheese event in the lobby was a nice touch and the apartment was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. the pool area was also very nice and had plenty of available chairs for sunning.

The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had mold in the shower. the staff was not very helpful when we brought up these issues and seemed indifferent to our concerns.
