From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and swim-up bar were delightful, and the temperature was perfect. The gym had a good selection of machines and plenty of space. The check-in staff, Taylor, went above and beyond with a welcome note and recommendations. Special thanks to Jaime for assisting with car rental. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and in-room dining was delicious. The hotel smelled amazing, and my daughter loved the pool area.

No negatives from this place.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious facilities. The Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of exclusive amenities, including full body massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments that were perfectly executed. The outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing oasis with stunning views of the city. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, especially the special diet menus that catered to my needs. The private facilities were top-notch and the location advantages really added to the overall experience.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a lack of response when I called reception. I wished there was a message service or someone to call me back when they were available.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room and thoughtful amenities like lavender oil and sanitizing wipes. Upgraded to connecting rooms, comfy beds, and a great pool with a swim-up bar. Excellent location, would definitely return.

Our recent stay at Westin was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was lovely and the room was comfortable. We had a fantastic couples massage at the spa and the venue was great. The bed in our room was amazing and the bathroom was extremely lovely. We also enjoyed the set out of the room and the downstairs bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed including river stage and great dining options. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of TV channels to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
