I had a lovely stay at the Westin, where I found the rooms to be beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The outdoor swimming pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenient location with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. The breakfast served was good, making my mornings enjoyable. it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Service could use improvement 😕; missed out on discounts.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was great, and the staff were friendly, even surprising me with a special birthday treat. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to great food, museums, and the waterfront, along with convenient transportation options. The breakfast offerings were delicious, giving a lavish start to each day.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the shopping district and Elisabeth Quay, which made it convenient for enjoying cruises along the Swan River. The rooms were incredibly modern, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly loved the comfortable beds and the overall sleek design of the rooms.

The Westin is worth every penny - the room was clean, modern, spacious, and the bed was super comfy with high pillows. The central location was great and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Breakfast items could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The coffee machine in the room was a nice complement to the delicious breakfast - definitely worth waiting for. the pool and sun lounge area were fantastic spots to unwind, and the friendly staff even recommended a great coffee shop nearby. the entrance was lovely and the atmosphere was calming.

On Sunday and Monday evenings, there were not enough staff present in the lounge/bar. There was also a delay with our room service order.

The luxurious amenities here exceeded our expectations. the Spa & Wellness Centre provided a relaxing retreat with a variety of treatments. We enjoyed the outdoor pool with its infinity edges, sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant and bar offered delicious cuisine. Our room had exclusive advantages including a private balcony with amazing views and in-room breakfast. the location was also convenient.

Some guests with noisy children disturbed the peaceful ambience.
