Exceptional hospitality, spacious rooms with amazing views, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly staff, free upgrade, helpful receptionist and restaurant staff.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious spa and wellness centre left me feeling completely rejuvenated after a day of skiing. Not to mention the beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna. the staff provided excellent service with make-up services and exclusive in-room breakfast options. the outstanding restaurant offered both buffet breakfast and special diet menus. the sun terrace and garden area were other pleasant amenities with charming views of the surrounding scenery.

The only minor issue was with the outdoor swimming pool location, which was quite close to the sky lofts, making it a bit awkward to enjoy the balcony. Nonetheless, this venue provides a memorable and luxurious experience that caters to one's every need.

This hotel had two amazing features that I absolutely loved- a fantastic spa area with multiple steam rooms and saunas, and a heated outdoor pool perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area. the location was also great, just a short walk from great restaurants and shops.

While the spa area and pool were great, the pool did lose the sun early in the afternoon, which was a bit disappointing. there was some noise from the nearby road that could be heard in some of the rooms, which could be bothersome to some guests.
