The outdoor grill was surprisingly inviting for BBQs.

My experience was filled with disappointment, to say the least. The air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning, and while the staff did replace the batteries in the remote, that didn't solve the fundamental issue. Additionally, the decor was outdated and reminded me of a tired roadside motel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and I left with a sore back after just one night due to the saggy mattress. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're desperate.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greetings from the staff—they made me feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the comfortable king-size bed that made my nights restful.

However, I did notice that some areas could use an update. the furniture felt a bit dated. Also, the bathroom had a lingering smell that was less than pleasant. It could be a comfortable stay for the right traveler, but minor improvements would go a long way.

The spacious interconnected rooms were perfect for my family, offering a comfortable ambiance. The location was peaceful, and the easy stroll to the Esplanade was delightful.

A bit of noise from outside interrupted our quiet nights, and the off-hours reception made things slightly tricky late at night. Just be aware of it!

the heritage hotel was clean and well-maintained. it's just a short walk to cairns central shopping mall, which was super convenient. the staff were incredibly kind, especially a japanese staff member who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

i wouldn't recommend staying in the king room with balcony due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Had an awesome stay with friends. The room was clean, spacious, and chill. We loved the nearby adventures, like the snorkel tour with an attentive crew and a fun kayak hire right off the beach. Great spot for food options, just a short walk away.

We had some trouble with the lift being broken, which caused us to switch rooms. It was a hassle, especially since we had a lot of luggage to carry.

Great location. just a short walk to Muddy’s and the Esplanade! The king room was clean and spacious. perfect for an overnight stay. Good breakfast options, and the parking was very convenient too.
