The location was convenient, with a pedestrian bridge connecting to a huge mall. The staff were excellent, providing helpful and accommodating service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Limited fitness facilities , the fitness room in the hotel was extremely small and lacked adequate equipment. It was disappointing to find such a limited fitness facility in a hotel of this caliber.

The staff at Crystal Towers, especially the valet parking team, were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Grant, one of the valet parking attendants, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process for me.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as a grubby carpet and a saggy mattress, but overall, it was comfortable and well-equipped. The views of Cape Town and Table Mountain from the hotel were breathtaking.
