stayed at a couldnt-believe-awesome spot in melbourne. voco nailed it with cool ambience, tech-y style, and comfy beds. staff = top-notch with warm welcome and nice gestures. even our birthday celebration was a hit.

early check-in did not go smoothly.

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel, staff were super friendly and my room was comfy, modern, and clean, with a nice view to boot. the ability to open a window and escape the noise of the city was a game-changer for me, making it a peaceful retreat 🌿. the only hiccup was the wonky lift system and the room not getting fully serviced every day, but nothing that would stop me from returning for another fantastic stay!

The database was very user, friendly, making it easy to search and access information quickly. the room provided during my 3, night stay was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful view.

One minor issue I encountered was that the Wi, Fi signal in my room was a bit weak, requiring me to move closer to the entrance for a stronger connection.

The bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety of delicious options. The location is perfect, close to tasty food, desserts, public transport, and shopping malls. I also appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. I had a great experience at Voco Melbourne Central and would highly recommend it.

The room upgrade was appreciated, everything new & well designed. Very quiet room. Delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool great too.

The facilities were excellent, with modern decor and a spacious room including a large shower with a cool privacy feature. the location was also very central, with walking distance to everything and a nearby tram station. the restaurant and bar were both impressive, with delicious food and refreshing cocktails.

There were a few small issues that detracted from the overall experience. the elevator took a bit of getting used to and the feather pillows were a bit flat, leading to a sore neck.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed and a big TV with Chromecast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities, such as the water refill station and heated pool with a great view, were excellent.

That the elevators could be a bit noisy, with a little tune playing when they arrived and the doors opened.
