The included breakfast is nice and offers a good start to the day. Additionally, there are hi-tech facilities like a massive projector in the rooms, adding to the overall experience.

The staff's lack of communication and minimal interaction with guests left something to be desired.

We had a great experience during our Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located between the central and southern parts of the city which made it easy for us to explore different areas. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Plus, the bed was really comfy and we enjoyed a nice included breakfast each morning.

the iPad system was very confusing to use and we found ourselves spending more time trying to figure out how to operate it than enjoying the facilities. the staff didn't communicate with us very much and we found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be a bit too dark for our liking.
