The fitness center was a major disappointment. It was severely lacking in equipment, consisting of just a treadmill.

The complementary breakfast and wifi were a great plus during our weekend stay. The location was also perfect, close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and included comfortable beds, which was great for a relaxing sleep after a long day of exploring.

The staff was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. They were not very cooperative and lacked preparation.

Our stay at Santander Plaza was amazing! The value for money was great, and we were lucky to get upgraded to a spacious apartment suite with a big balcony and all the necessary kitchen appliances. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and safe.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-kitchen and fast wifi. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when my husband fell ill. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. we were impressed with the facilities and the service provided.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a broken tub drain.
