This hotel is a hidden gem located in a quieter area of Koh Phangan. The staff, especially Wii, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the beautifully clean rooms to the stunning swimming pool area. Although the hotel is located a little further away from the main areas, the staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis and transport arrangements. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and fresh breakfast served from 8 am to 2 pm. The hotel's dedication to providing excellent service and a delightful breakfast made our experience truly memorable.

This resort is perfectly located on Koh-Phangan's western coast, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean with a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, served until 2 pm. The pool is nice and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The resort also offers a spa with excellent massages.

The air conditioning in some rooms may not work well, which can be inconvenient.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Phangan Paragon Resort & Spa By Pure Lifestyle. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the hotel had fantastic facilities. The location was ideal, close to a beautiful beach and plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill any request. My room with a pool view and outdoor bathroom was wonderful, clean, and the outdoor shower and bath were a real treat. I also highly recommend the massage and spa treatments offered at the property, they were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Phangan.

Fantastic Service and Comfortable Rooms!

During our stay at Phangan Paragon Resort & Spa By Pure Lifestyle, my friends and I were initially worried about the size of the hotel and the age of the other guests. However, the owners Yannick and Will made us feel right at home and catered to our needs. They even upgraded us to their spacious suites! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything, including organizing our ferry to Koh Samui. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the spring rolls. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments. Despite the hotel being a bit remote from the nightlife, we still had a great time. I highly recommend Phangan Paragon Resort & Spa By Pure Lifestyle for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island.
