Our family had a lovely stay at this charming attic accommodation. The superb location near Glenelg and friendly hosts made us feel at home. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep after beach adventures. the overgrown garden and cluttered attic were slight drawbacks. the attic seemed to attract mosquitoes.

We had an initial concern with communication, but it was quickly resolved and ended up being a positive experience. The location of Water Bay Villa Bed & Breakfast was fantastic, close to the beach and conveniently near the airport and city. The attic was beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for two people. The bathroom was large with a shower over the bath. The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.

The spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchenette were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring nearby landmarks like Glenelg Beach and the Old Gum Tree. the beach access and sun terrace were fantastic for unwinding, while the welcoming hosts made us feel right at home. Had a lovely Easter break at a charming, homely B&B. the garden was a great place to unwind and relax in the peaceful surroundings. the interior decor was delightful, with quirky ornaments and plenty of character. the location was a key factor, with two shopping areas within walking distance and public transport easily accessible.

The only negative aspect was the lack of fresh food options for breakfast. Would have preferred a wider selection of fresh fruit and bread.
