I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, situated near shops and just a short stroll from the bustling city center. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and attentive individuals always ready to assist. The room amenities were fantastic, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, I felt like I had everything at my disposal. The spacious sitting area and dining table allowed me to relax and enjoy my meals in style. And of course, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The apartment was even nicer than the pictures online, and it was spacious and squeaky clean. The balcony overlooking the river was a lovely touch, and the view was amazing. The apartment had all the facilities I needed, including cooking facilities and a flat screen TV in every room. The comfortable mattress and provided tea and coffee made my stay even more enjoyable. The out of hours team quickly resolved a minor issue with the gate and lock box.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Saco Derby. The apartment was spacious and my friends were impressed with the amenities, such as the multiple TVs. The location was superb, just on the edge of the city center, and we loved the balcony and sunken bath. The modern feel of the place made it a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus, the kitchen had all the essentials and the welcome pack was a nice touch.

The food for breakfast could have been better. It would've been great if they provided cooking oil in the kitchen, as buying a large amount for a short stay can be wasteful.

The spacious apartment exceeded my expectations with its modern finishes and spread over two floors, including an en suite. The balcony was a great addition for smokers. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to town, and the staff were brilliant and friendly.

Convenient location, spacious and well-equipped apartment, impressive balcony. Within walking distance of town centre, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable beds with good bed linen provided. Cereals, milk, tea, and coffee included. Two floors with ensuite, good finish, balcony for smokers. Friendly staff, would stay again.

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious, making it easy to feel at home during our stay. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. We also appreciated the complementary coffee and breakfast foods, as well as the washing machine and laundry detergent provided.

The beds were not the best for us, with only double beds available, meaning that our older teens had to share. the apartment showed some signs of wear and tear, with damage to curtains and blinds as well as a door that stuck slightly ajar.

The location of the hotel is great - right next to the city centre. The on duty person was friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped for an extended stay, and the bathroom was clean.

The curtains were stained and the curtain poles were damaged.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at this central hotel. The allocated parking spaces were a bonus, and the bed provided the best sleep I've had in a hotel.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

I stayed at SECO in Derby for 2 nights with my three children while visiting Alton Towers. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and well-appointed. I was impressed by the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge, as well as the two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony overlooking the canal was a nice touch. The free wifi was excellent, and the secure on-site parking was worth the extra fee. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby dining options and a Sainsbury's supermarket. I felt safe and would highly recommend these apartments. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Saco for a few days during our visit to Derby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for us, being close to our family. The parking facilities were good, and we appreciated the secure access with coded doors and gates. The apartment had excellent bathrooms and comfortable amenities, making our stay enjoyable. The effort made to be eco-friendly was also commendable.
