It was all superb.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the coastline. It was so convenient to walk anywhere in the area, as this place was elevated and close to shops and restaurants. The service was top-notch, starting with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We loved the comfortable sitting area, as well as the terrace and dining table where we could enjoy meals with a view. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with picnic tables, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Our only small complaint was that the mattress was a little lumpy. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience at this hotel.

Celebrated New Year in a stunning hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. the restaurant served delicious local cuisine at an affordable price, the menu and wine list hit the spot, and the service was impeccable. the location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful estuary and a serene atmosphere that made our stay relaxing. We enjoyed sipping champagne on the balcony while watching the sunset, and even our dog had fun playing in the grassy area.

We experienced some disturbance from a smoking guest in a nearby room, which impacted our experience. However, we understand that the hotel can't do much about this issue.

We loved the location and the stunning views from our balcony were absolutely wonderful. The clean and pet-friendly room exceeded our expectations, with no sign of any previous furry guests. The $15 room cleaning fee for our cat was very reasonable. Highly recommended for traveling with pets. Access to the lawn and pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with fresh and well-presented porridge.

At the Whale Inn, we got excellent value for our money with stylish and immaculate rooms, complete with top-notch kitchen facilities and a coffee machine. The WiFi was reliable, and even though the restaurant was about to close when we checked in late, the friendly staff stayed open a little longer to serve us a fantastic meal. The location was great, allowing for easy exploration of the picturesque town.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better would have been more affordable prices.

We loved the spacious unit with its comfortable furniture, offering a breathtaking outlook down to the Narooma inlet from the large covered deck. The friendly and helpful management and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and comfortable. The array of art on the walls adds a touch of elegance to this luxurious hotel.

Although the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional breakfast delivered right to our room. The fresh and lovely porridge was presented beautifully.

Our room at The Whale Inn was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen facilities and coffee machine were a bonus. The wifi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Despite arriving late, we were warmly welcomed, and the restaurant stayed open a few extra minutes just to serve us. The food at the restaurant was of fantastic quality, although a bit pricey. The motel staff went above and beyond when I accidentally fell into the sea and soaked my jeans, washing and drying them in time for check-out. The cleanliness and style of the rooms were impressive, with attention to detail. The breakfast, although not included, was conveniently delivered to our room and made to order. I would definitely recommend The Whale Inn to others based on our excellent experience.
