The maintenance guy was kind and helpful, but the internet issue caused wasted time and inconvenience. Optus phone coverage was also problematic. Despite this, the cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The views were breathtaking, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. A relaxing stay with beautiful inlet views, we'll definitely visit again.

Despite some minor issues with phone coverage, the provided wifi allowed me to stay connected when needed. the BBQ facilities and garden area provided ample relaxation opportunities, and the nearby Mansfield zoo was a delightful family-friendly attraction that we enjoyed exploring.

We chilled by the lake and even went for a swim - pure vibes. Plus, being close to Mansfield made it easy to grab munchies whenever. Cons: Yo, it would've been epic if there was a proper speaker system in the cottage for some sick music vibes.

we stayed at Willowlake Cottages for two nights and it was a beautiful & cosy experience. the lovely host Alison provided simple check-in instructions via SMS. the native parrots greeted us at the front door, adding to the charming atmosphere. the small fireplace, stocked with wood, paper & lighters, surprisingly generated a lot of heat keeping the cottage warm. with amenities like Netflix & super fast WiFI, it had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

The decoration in the common areas of the accommodation was charming and welcoming, perfect for us older folks to feel right at home. the beautiful gardens and verandahs were easy to access for leisurely strolls or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. the children working there were always ready to assist us, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

A more supportive mattress would enhance the vacation for seniors.

The ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning ensured that we were always at the perfect temperature, while the tea and coffee facilities provided a much-needed pick-me-up. The sitting area, terrace, and dining table allowed us to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views, while the free Wi-Fi kept us connected to the outside world. The garden furniture and patio were perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a peaceful evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. the green surroundings with the lake in the distance made for an idyllic setting. We found it convenient that the cottage was located just outside the main town and close enough to drive in for any quick necessities. the cottage was extremely clean and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable interior. It was refreshing to see that the staff sent a breakfast pack to the room, which was a nice touch.

We were not aware of the issue prior to our arrival and had to deal with it when we got there. the owner was not as helpful as we would have expected.

The cottage itself was cozy and well-appointed, with a wood fireplace and a spa bath. The service was top-notch, and the owners went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff even provided a breakfast pack for my convenience. I cannot recommend this place enough!
