I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city in a charming alley that tour buses couldn't access. The hotel was spotless and the room was a decent size with all the necessary amenities like a fridge, kettle, and coffee making stuff. They really went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome with a refreshing drink and were always there to help. The service was top-notch and the staff were always kind and supportive, making sure all my needs were met. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had the most delightful stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially Mr. Ken who was incredibly efficient and friendly. He even recommended great restaurants and helped me book theater tickets. The room was cozy and the breakfast spread was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the restaurant undergoing renovation and some noisy guests, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
