Absolutely stunning Victorian building with amazing features, kid-friendly atmosphere, SUPER FRIENDLY staff, excellent food, well-equipped rooms.

Chose this hotel for a work function, catering to both business and leisure guests. Enjoyed the unique room with great character, friendly staff, and lovely Victorian building.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. You get a lot for what you pay. the location is perfect for exploring the Yarra Valley, with lovely spots to relax and have drinks on the balcony. the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. the rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom and a comfortable high bed.

All was in proper condition for the hotel's age.

The decorations at the hotel were charming and reminded me of my grandmother's cozy sitting room with beautiful floral wallpaper and vintage furniture. the general areas were easy to navigate, and there were lovely sitting areas where senior people like me could relax and feel at home.

More assistance for senior guests navigating stairs needed from staff.

Our stay at the Yarra Valley Grand was delightful. The room was cozy and had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed a drink in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The hotel we stayed in is in a great area and close to vineyards. the staff was friendly upon arrival and gave us basic information such as where the hotel restaurant was located. the continental breakfast was good and had enough options for a quick bite to eat before heading out.

I was not too impressed with the hotel. the beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level from the nearby live music was too loud for a good night's sleep.

Nice room, larger than expected. Terrific restaurant food. Quirky, shabby chic. Great continental breakfast. Evening meals also very good. Multiple eating areas. Nice snug with open fireplace. Busy but not overcrowded pub.

The Yarra Valley Grand is located in a charming setting, with a beer garden under the trees and close proximity to the surrounding wineries. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and the bathrooms are modern. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, even when under pressure. The hotel offers great pub meals, with large servings and seasonal specials. It is also very kid-friendly, with an outdoor playground and indoor play area. The atmosphere is cozy, especially in winter near the fireplace.

Vegetarian and vegan options in the bistro are not gluten-free.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious four-bedroom house. Everything we needed was provided, and the house offered great privacy. the decor was beautifully in line with the historic surroundings, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the large and spotless bathroom was a plus, and the breakfast room was lovely with a good selection of food and beverages. the location was great, and the staff were fantastic. the kitchen was well stocked and equipped, perfect for our large family. There were books, board games, and cards available, and the pool towels were plentiful. the pool itself was a hit with the kids. the property was very clean and the sofas were comfortable.
