I had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel with excellent service. The a la carte breakfast was the best I've ever had and the staff, from the cleaning personnel to the hotel manager, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The butler service was a highlight that I wouldn't want to miss. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and top-notch service.

The only drawbacks were the loud music from the neighboring bars and the high humidity in our room. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience at the hotel.

The hotel is located right beside the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline. Additionally, it is close to other local restaurants and everything we needed was within reach.

The Plantation Restaurant offered excellent food. The housekeeping was top-notch. The hotel went above and beyond for our honeymoon, providing a floral arrangement and sweet treats in our room upon arrival.

The breakfast staff sometimes struggled with getting orders right and were slow in serving breakfast. the green dresses worn by the breakfast staff were not appropriate.

The complementary shuttle service and the breakfast buffet were nice touches. Good location near the beach and restaurants. the gym had a nice view of the area that helped distract from the hot and stuffy room.

The air conditioning did not work well, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. We had to repeatedly ask for help, which was slow and unhelpful.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel located on the beach with beautiful views. The hotel was in a great location, close to several local restaurants and right on the beachfront. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service was exceptional, with 24-hour butler service and staff always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and there were many facilities available, including a rooftop bar with amazing sunset views.

Although the hotel was in a great location, it was a bit difficult to get a taxi at times.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the balcony provided a great view of the pool and beach, perfect for enjoying the sunset. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist. Plus, the hotel spa offered relaxing massages and treatments.

The noise from the beach bar across the road was quite loud and made it difficult to enjoy the balcony or even keep the room door open. It was somewhat disappointing as it affected the overall experience.

The a la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the poolside snacks were a great touch. The location on the beach was a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Bali.
