we’ve visited twice before in mount evelyn and nightcap at york really impressed us during these celebrations. the upper spa rooms with lovely views and comfy beds were perfect. the location, facilities, staff, and dining options made our stay exceptional.

shower head height needs adjusting.

This hotel is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are comfortable, with great beds and beautiful views from the spa rooms. The location is also a huge plus, with the spa wall being very close to everything, including a lake and a pub. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast options are delicious. it's a great choice for a peaceful getaway.

It's disappointing to hear about the issues with the shower pressure and the heater not working properly.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent water pressure in the shower. The towels provided were of high quality and plentiful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

we've stayed at this hotel twice previously - and recommend the upper spa rooms , especially those with a view to the small lake. the large rooms also have a great view towards the bushland, with birds, etc - and are in a relatively quiet setting, though background noise can be heard from the bistro/bar on busy nights. it wasn't too intrusive to us however. the bed is comfortable and there is tea/coffee, milk and complementary bottled water, sofa, table and chairs and a balcony facing the lake/bush. we will stay again when is this area.

The database provided easy access to all the information I needed, with a clear layout and user-friendly interface. the room had a beautiful view overlooking the pond out the back, making for a serene and peaceful stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the roomy spa bath and taking in the nice view from the balcony.

One small issue I encountered was the occasional lag when loading certain pages on the database, which required a bit of patience.

The bed & linen were lovely, offering a great view. Room size was perfect, with hot water and a well, functioning spa. Check, in was pleasant with an extremely nice and helpful lady. No traffic noise added to the serene experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a cozy sitting area and a lovely patio to enjoy the nice rural aspect. The hotel's location was conveniently close to many family-friendly facilities, and we were especially thrilled to find a pub onsite with great meal specials. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly check-in process to the prompt room service and housekeeping. We also appreciated the variety of room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
