All in all, everything was top class. The spa was amazing, with a great aqua thermal journey and a relaxing Zen garden. The hot stones treatment was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel well looked after. The Orangery restaurant served delicious breakfast, cooked to order. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The free shuttle car to the restaurants in this city was a convenient feature.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist and doorman, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They listened to our needs and quickly resolved any issues. The attention to detail by all the members of staff was exceptional. The hotel and spa were beautifully presented, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, and presented impeccably. The staff made us feel special, remembering our names and ensuring our satisfaction throughout our stay.

Also, the bathroom had poor lighting, particularly for ladies trying to apply makeup. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

had a lovely stay at a well-located hotel in wrea green. reception was welcoming, and the aroma of elemis was a nice touch. enjoyed a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast in the orangery restaurant. the room was spacious with comfortable furniture and a large tv. mini elemis products in the bathroom were a nice touch. the bed was king size and the bathroom had a shower and separate bath. overall, a great experience.

I ordered the steak, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The location of this hotel was excellent, with great facilities and a lovely room with a fantastic bath. Spent a lovely Christmas break at a spa hotel in Lancashire! the location was so convenient, just a short drive from the city center, and there was plenty of parking available. the thermal journey was one of the best parts of our visit, and having Elemis toiletries available in our room was a definite plus. the food was delicious, with plenty of seasonal options available for the holiday.
