We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on a beautiful golf course just outside town was absolutely stunning. We loved being able to enjoy the lovely grounds and take scenic drives through the countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering to assist us with our shopping and providing exceptional service. The room was extremely comfortable, especially the pillows, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service and laundry service, making our stay even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious grounds and the beautiful hotel surroundings. The bar food was delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, especially when it was snowing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to assist with our shopping.

We felt very at home at the hotel and had no complaints at all.

Recently stayed at the Ballymascanlon Hotel for a short break. The location was outstanding, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds and gardens. The hotel amenities were excellent, including a leisure center and bar area. The staff, particularly the cleaning and breakfast teams, were friendly and helpful. Despite a large number of guests, it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, and the room itself was comfortable with both a shower and bath. a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and convenient location.

The bar staff could be more attentive to all customers, regardless of age.

Plus, we were impressed with the megalithic remains on the hotel's property.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with great showers and plenty of towels. the view from the window was amazing, overlooking beautiful gardens and mountains. the staff were helpful, providing excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit nearby.

The breakfast staff could've been more friendly and efficient, as some dishes were a little subpar and they had trouble keeping the chaffing dishes full. parking can be difficult due to limited disabled spaces, leaving some guests to walk in the rain.

The complimentary bottled water and biscuit treats were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking countryside and close to great shopping options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering their assistance with shopping and making our stay even more enjoyable. it was worth every minute of the 3.5-hour journey to this exceptional hotel. 10/10.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel just off the motorway, surrounded by beautiful grounds near the sea and Cooley Mountains. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and came with all modern amenities. The friendly staff were always eager to help. The breakfast had a varied menu with scrumptious food. The hotel also had fantastic facilities including a swimming pool, hot-tubs, and a fitness suite. The grounds were well looked after, creating a delightful atmosphere.

That the restaurant could improve on the main courses, as some lacked finesse and didn't quite meet expectations.
