The room had a modern design and was spacious. The front desk staff was professional and one night shift staff member was particularly helpful. The deluxe room had an amazing view, even from the bathroom. There is a bar and restaurant with a panoramic view of the mountains and city. The location is convenient with easy access to Nordkette and the old city.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with close proximity to the main train station and stunning views of the mountains. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic panoramic view of the city. the bathroom was also impressive, with a separate tub and shower areas and even had fantastic views of the mountains. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with handprints on the windows and evidence of previous guests engaging in inappropriate behavior.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel just steps away from the bus/tram/train station. The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking, and the alpine meets city chic design made it feel cozy and stylish. The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating was a welcomed luxury after exploring the city. The breakfast was worth every penny and the location was convenient for accessing local amenities and the charming Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel for a future stay. Absolutely loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The room/suite was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people. The highlight was definitely the wide ceiling-to-floor windows offering breathtaking views of the mountains, even from the bathroom/shower. The staff were always polite and the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. The hotel's location was conveniently close to the station, making transportation easy. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a rooftop bar and restaurant that provided a unique experience. The food at the restaurant, especially dinner, was amazing.
