Really enjoyed the renovated historical building vibe, super central location, and the room - it was so clean and spacious, beds were super comfortable. Big shoutout to the staff, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Marlene, Asal, and Ahlayza. the spa was top-notch - we loved the pool, sauna, and steam room. Only "complaint" - wish there was an extra full-length mirror in the room, but honestly, such a minor thing in the grand scheme of our fantastic stay! 🌟

The room was lovely and had a very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the twice-a-day cleaning service was a nice touch, and having minibar drinks included in the price was a bonus.

That there was not enough water for two people in the room. the value for the price paid could be improved.

Plus, the convenience of luggage storage, VIP check-in, and pet-friendly policy – ideal for my frequent business trips.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the luxurious amenities it offered. the Spa and Wellness Centre was fantastic, with a range of treatments available including full body massage and beauty treatments. the heated swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were also superb.

While the hotel itself was exceptional, we did notice a minor issue with the in-room breakfast. the selection was limited and there were no special diet menus available.

The room was not clean, with hairs on the bathroom floor and fingerprints on the mirrors. The staff did not make enough effort to address my concerns and the hotel did not have the feeling of a luxurious property. not worth the price paid.

Upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite with a king-sized bed. Front desk provided helpful advice and made a reservation for a classical concert. Fresh à la carte breakfast was delightful. Appreciated the thoughtful gestures throughout the stay.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk away from major sights such as St Stephen's cathedral and the opera house. It is also conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and pubs, making it easy to explore the local culinary scene. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with some even offering a free minibar. the breakfast spread is varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
