The staff were kind and nice, the room in general was clean and has excellent soundproofing, the air conditioning was average, but the shower was amazing. The location is steps away from the metro station. The hotel is new, modern, and located on a busy high street, which makes it convenient and safe to walk around, even at night. The hotel staff, especially with kids, are very friendly. The hotel is clean, modern, and a delight to stay in. It is centrally located, with most tourist sites within a ten-minute walk.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location was perfect as it was just down the road from the central tram station, making it central to most visited tourist sites. I loved the fact that it was so close to all tourist places and public transport. The service provided by the staff was incredible. The staff were always accommodating and welcomed me all throughout my stay. I also appreciated the room amenities like the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and soundproofed rooms, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel facilities like the restaurants, snack bar and fitness studio were a bonus!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
