We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive spa zone at Alpenrose. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam bath provided the ultimate relaxation experience. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was good, and the chef's attention to presentation was impressive. We also appreciated the variety of activities for kids, including the daily program and the popular Rupi. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a ski shuttle pick-up right outside the front door. we had a great combination of active sports in the mountains and relaxation in the spa. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location of this place is perfect, being close to both the main building and the ski slopes, and can be easily accessed through the underground tunnel. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The staff were always on the ball and made sure that I had everything I needed. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including shops, laundry services, and a ski pass vendor. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. the quality and comfort of this hotel were outstanding.

What an amazing New Year’s Eve we had! the mountain views from our room were breathtaking. the food was fantastic with a great selection of wines to choose from. the ski shuttle outside the hotel made it very easy to go skiing without having to worry about parking. the spa treatments were wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

That the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and slow. we wished there were more activities for children, but as it was New Year, most of the guests were adults and this was understandable.

Spacious rooms with separate sitting area. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent food with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Large lounge area with comfortable seating. Beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Convenient location for walking and easy access to public transportation.
