We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to three cable cars and the ski lift. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a nice pool and spa facilities. it was a great experience.

The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and English-speaking receptionists to the attentive cleaning staff. The facilities were outstanding, with a lovely spa and wellness center featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and a great selection of cocktails. this hotel offered great service and excellent facilities in a quiet area with stunning views.

Convenient ski-in ski-out location, friendly English-speaking staff. Great spa facilities – pool, sauna, steam room. Excellent lounge bar with a variety of cocktails. Good breakfast selection and impressive Wednesday buffet dinner. Ideal for skiing at Schmittenhoe or taking a bus to Kaprun.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel perfect for skiers. the ski and boot hire and ski school are conveniently located just a short walk from the lifts. the hotel offers a cozy inside bar to warm up after skiing and a beautiful setting to enjoy the winter atmosphere. the food was exceptional, with dessert being a particular highlight. the staff were friendly and helpful, making for a great holiday experience.

The boot room could have been better heated to dry out wet boots, and the ski and board storage had insufficient floor drainage. the water was not hot enough for a relaxing bath on some nights due to a problem with the hotel boiler.

I recently stayed at Vaya in Zell am See for a ski trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room had a beautiful mountain view and was warm and comfortable. The ski equipment lockers were a great convenience. The location right beside the pistes was perfect. The lounge bar with its open fireplace added a cozy touch to my evenings.

I would recommend this hotel.
