the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge help. the location of the hotel is fantastic, with a metro station nearby and the city center within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast lounge was also pristine. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

The room was quite big with separate restroom, dressing room and living/sleeping room, and even had a balcony. The breakfast was a dream, with a wide variety of organic and local options. The location was ideal, just one stop away from the airport train and a few stops away from the city's shopping heart, Stephansplatz.
