We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the center, next to the Opera and the main shopping street. We were able to walk everywhere and explore all the attractions, including the Albertina Museum which is just behind the hotel. The room was spacious and charming, with a comfortable large bed and a lovely view over the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Marko and Tahsee. They went above and beyond to assist us and provide directions.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was surrounded by other high-end hotels, which made me feel like I was staying at a top-notch place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped foot in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room itself was spacious and grand, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. Everything was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn't ask for more!

I wish the hotel had air conditioning in all of the rooms. I had to ask to move rooms because my initial room didn't have air conditioning, and it was quite hot outside.

The classic European charm and comfortable rooms made for a delightful stay. The breakfast buffet, with its street view, was a lovely start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, ideally situated in the heart of the city center near the Opera House, offering close proximity to many famous restaurants and historic attractions. The comfortable rooms were spacious with good electric plugs for charging gadgets and clean bathrooms.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist attractions and shopping areas. Cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and the facilities. the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The noise from the street below was quite loud at night, especially when the windows were open. the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable during hot days.

Felt welcome, nothing too much trouble.

Here is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. It is located in a pedestrian area close to Karlplatz train station, making it effortless to visit all the great sights and entertainments this city has to offer. The rooms are decorated professionally and equipped with all amenities including parquet floors, a flat-screen tv, and electric kettle. Room service is swift and efficient. The staff, from bell staff to housekeeping, are polite and welcoming. You'll have to try the buffet breakfast with plenty of choices to suit all tastes.

Minimizing the hotel I can say that the company should work harder to train their service. Despite the best efforts of the staff, some of their receptionists seemed to lack in essential customer service skills.
