We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly quiet. The pillow was unique and so comfortable, I wish I could buy one for myself. The foot massager in the room was a nice bonus, and I found it to be very relaxing. The included breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The public bath house was a great addition, with stunning views of the sea. The hotel's location, just one train stop away from the airport, made it incredibly convenient for us. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

As longer term business travelers, we really enjoyed the clean and stylish rooms with great views of the bay. The amenities available were top-notch, including the fun dinosaur robots and undersea decor that fascinated our children. The onsen was also a wonderful bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The close proximity to Kansai airport was incredibly convenient, making our travels much easier.

We appreciated the complementary breakfast and the fabulous view from the room, overlooking the water. The location was very convenient for getting to the airport. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities we needed for our weekend getaway.

We had trouble with the check-in process, which held us up for quite a while. , the robot in our room made us feel a bit uneasy because it had a camera, which we did not like.

The robots at Henn Na Hotel Kansai Airport were a delightful addition to our stay. They were not only helpful, but also quite quirky and entertaining. It was amazing to see them speak 4 different languages! The room quality was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the stunning bay view. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.
