The staff were professional and friendly, with names like Sheeda, Nicole, and Marcus standing out. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped, offering great views of Vienna's main streets. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide selection of delicious foods. The hotel also offered us a free upgrade and had a nice outside area for enjoying an Aperol.
