i almost thought i would give a good review, but the air conditioning was a disaster at 28.9°C! thankfully a gentleman at reception offered another room, but where’s my complimentary breakfast? and really, having only a couple ironing boards in the foyer for all guests? absoluteley ridiculous. guess they’re too busy to care about special treatment.

the air conditioning was a nightmare, and don’t get me started on the fact they have just two ironing boards for all guests, so we had to fight for it 😂. i almost wanted to give a good review but the lack of special treatment shook my confidence in their 4-star status. very disappointing overall.

Executive room was spacious with a nice lounge area.

Inconsistent internet connectivity could be a deal-breaker!!! Plus, the confusion during room cleaning was troubling. Maintenance issues in the room need addressing!!! I also found the limited pet policy information frustrating!!! Please invest in better and clearer signage for your sauna!!!

This hotel offers an amazing experience, from friendly staff to spacious rooms. Enjoyed the fabulous breakfast options, including fresh salmon, and the delightful coffee nook for planning our adventures.

Great location near the city center a quick tram ride away the rooms were spacious clean and the bathroom was well-equipped with a bidet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful making our experience even better 😊

the air conditioning was a bit troublesome at times. but the location was great, just a short walk to tram stops and the belvedere. friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, and the bathroom privacy was a big plus.

We spent a few nights there with the kids and the suite was spacious enough for all of us. The breakfast was a real delight, so many choices to start the day right, it felt like a feast every morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for the value.

Overall, a good choice for location and comfort.
