The location of TM Luxury Apartments was absolutely perfect for exploring Lisbon. We were just off Avenue da Liberdade, so we were away from the crowds but still within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room to a quiet one facing their beautiful garden. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - the receptionist went out of her way to guide us when we were lost and even walked outside to lead us to the hotel. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we had was with the air conditioning in the room. It blew air directly onto the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

The service was exceptional, Orlando was wonderful, spacious and bright studio, comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing, beautiful bathroom.

The apartment was perfect for our romantic escape. the location was very convenient and central, giving us easy access to the city's attractions. the apartment was very peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and overwhelming, with several staff members assisting us and insisting on escorting us to our room. we were surprised by the deposit required upon arrival, as this was not mentioned beforehand.

Additionally, the internal garden was a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax.

The view from our room was a bit disappointing, as it did not have a balcony. We were hoping for a better room with a balcony, but it turns out we should have requested a garden room for that.

We loved the warm welcome and exceptional service from Orlando and his staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us find a place to celebrate New Year's Eve. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. Parking was easy and the staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
