The hotel is located in a convenient area in the center of town, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hardwood floors and a separate toilet room. The breakfast is delicious, with options like omelettes cooked to order. The pool and spa area have stunning views, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Additionally, the staff are polite and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could benefit from a larger ski/storage room, as the lockers were often full, forcing guests to store their equipment elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location of the hotel was quite far from the center of the city, but this meant that it was in a picturesque area with stunning views of the Alpes. It was truly a peaceful and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. With its beautiful location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities, it is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

the staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. They offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which was a nice perk. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. the buffet breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to the day. the hotel also had a free mini-bus service to and from the slopes and town, which was prompt and efficient. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. One of the highlights of the hotel was the 46m panorama pool on the 7th floor, offering stunning views of the town and valley.

A wonderful, wonderful hotel to spend a few days in

I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating stay at this hotel. The pool was absolutely fabulous, offering stunning views and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby hills. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also loved the convenience of being able to rent electric mountain bikes from the hotel, which provided a fun way to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Kitzbühel.

The shuttle bus service was really useful for going to the town center. the spa facilities with the pool and fitness area were the highlights of the stay. the view from the pool area was amazing!

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the Easter holidays. the meals were somewhat disappointing, particularly the dinner that was not up to par.

Incredible buffet breakfast with American and European dishes, pastries, jams, juices, coffee, and more. Dinner included from select menu and soup/salad/cheese buffet. Maisonette suite with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, soaker tub, 2 showers, 2 toilets, and large walk-in closet. Enjoyed the pool and friendly hotel staff. Satisfactory shower and nice window view. Great location, fantastic food, beautiful pool and spa, and free parking.
