We loved the cozy room with a beautiful fireplace and the helpful and accommodating concierge, Sharon. The location was perfect, within walking distance to The Chateau and the charming Old Town. The room was spotless and quiet, allowing us to enjoy the unique surroundings and amenities without feeling like just another guest in a large hotel. The tariff was a great deal and we definitely plan on staying here again.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being not far from downtown and close to the main bus line that takes you to other parts of town. Additionally, it is in the city centre, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, providing us with valuable travel tips. Furthermore, there are plenty of nice and affordable restaurants nearby, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals without having to venture too far.

There was no parking available at the hotel, which could be inconvenient for those who have a car or are planning to rent one.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just before the old town of Quebec, making it convenient to access all the local restaurants, shops, and the Plains of Abraham. The breakfast included in the rates was a light continental, which included their own homemade delicious croissants. The rooms were very comfortable with basic amenities and some even had a fireplace on two levels.
