We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and motorways, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the lobby. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with modern amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the welcome gift for the kids and the complementary Nespresso machines in the lobby. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the tram. We loved taking a boat ride from the nearby Confluence to the old town, it was really lovely. the kids had a blast in the pool and enjoyed playing table football and video games. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel had a lovely feel to it and the beds were really comfortable.

One downside was that there was often a long queue for check, in and check, out, so it would be great if the hotel could have more staff available during peak hours. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were decent but not amazing in terms of quality and variety.

The Novotel in Lyon is in a trendy district, and its facilities and colorful decor make me feel like I'm in an urban jungle. The hotel offers everything I need, from a restaurant to meeting rooms, and even areas for children. Cons: Nothing to criticize, it's just perfect.

The presence of amenities such as Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, a welcome drink. The flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment, and the lift made it easy to access different floors. The electric kettle was a nice touch for a warm cup of tea or coffee. The express check-in/-out option saved time and hassle. The table tennis was a jaw-dropping activity for some friendly competition. The option of having breakfast in-room was a fantastic convenience. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas made basking in the sun a delightful experience. The game room and children's play area were perfect for entertainment. The children's menu and board games added to the family-friendly atmosphere. The wheelchair access showcased the hotel's inclusivity, making it accessible for all guests. The fact that pets were allowed meant furry family members could also enjoy the experience. The air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay, and the non-smoking rooms were great for a fresh atmosphere.
