This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, right in the center of Vienna, and within walking distance of many restaurants and a nice park. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has good quality and many options.

The hotel surprised me with its size, as it was much bigger than it looked online. I was given a spacious room in the new build at the back of the hotel, which I really enjoyed. The location of the hotel is great, just minutes away from the U4 metro station. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the room was large, comfortable, and super clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the room service was also good. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

One minor drawback I encountered was the outdated door/card system which caused some inconvenience when my card wouldn't let me into my room one evening. However, the issue was promptly resolved by the friendly staff at the reception, and I understand that mishaps can happen.
