Upon arriving at Divalux Resort & Spa Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport, I was impressed by the beautiful entrance, lobby, and room. The upscale decor and amenities made for a luxurious stay. The staff were friendly and provided quick responses to all our questions. We had to leave early in the morning, and the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I also loved the fact that they provided a delicious takeaway breakfast packet for us. The facilities, including the pool areas, were exceptional, especially considering the price we paid for the room. The proximity of the hotel to the airport was a major plus for us.

Although the room was generally clean, the cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom. The portion sizes were inconsistent, and the staff's level of English was not satisfactory.

Beautiful night pool, exceptional pool facilities with towels, beds, bar, and day beds. Extensive breakfast buffet with great selection. Good evening meal. Lovely lobby, though hotel not finished. Nice pool, currently under maintenance. Room key issue but reception resolved it with English-speaking staff. Empty minibar, room service ends at 11:30pm. Relaxing stay, enjoyed spa and nearby attractions like temple and outlet shopping with free shuttle. Nice place to unwind before heading to Koh Samui.

The location of the hotel is ideal for budget travellers who need to be close to the airport. However, it may be a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find the hotel without a GPS. The hotel offers two onsite restaurants, including an all-day restaurant and a little wooden restaurant, where guests can enjoy delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy the facilities such as a swimming pool and a 24/7 gym.

One downside mentioned by guests is the limited shuttle service, which may not be convenient for those arriving or departing outside of the shuttle schedule.

The breakfast at the hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. the complementary shuttle service was well-organized and made it easy to get to the airport. the swimming pool was also a great feature.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for going out to find food in the evening. It was also a bit farther away from the airport, making it less convenient for those looking for just an airport transfer.
