The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled away from the hustle and bustle, offering beautiful views of the mountains. It is conveniently situated near skiing areas and provides easy access to main attractions, with discounts available for other nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge and a Nespresso machine. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff members like Dean at reception. The Summer Card entitlement is a great perk, allowing guests to save money and tailor their plans accordingly.

Sometimes, there can be a tapping sound in the evening, possibly related to the heating system.

During my stay at Avenida Mountain Lodges, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and well-equipped apartment. The facilities provided exceeded my expectations, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The comfortable beds and two TVs added to the overall comfort of the apartment. Additionally, having breakfast delivered to our room every morning was a delightful touch. The free parking in a clean and spacious garage was convenient. The complimentary Zell Am See card provided us with free entrance to main attractions and discounts to other attractions. Although the accommodation is in Kaprun, it is just a short 10-minute drive to Zell Am See centre. The informative receptionist made our check-in process smooth, explaining in detail how the Zell Am See card works.

While the apartment had everything I needed, it would have been nice to have a microwave as well.

We stayed at this place and it was amazing! It is located in a convenient area with a supermarket right next door where fresh produce is available daily. The hotel offers great service with room service, housekeeping, laundry, and a doctor on call. We were greeted with a welcome drink and the room amenities included ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and utensils, and toiletries were provided. We enjoyed dining in-room for breakfast and also had access to a bar and lounge area with special diet menus. The staff was friendly and available to assist us. We also appreciated the leisure options such as the sauna, spa lounge, and sun terrace with loungers.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The daily fresh bread rolls were a delightful way to start the day, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our meal needs. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the ski bus and a nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the convenient ski/bike store on site.

Although the room was nicely furnished and clean, there were a couple of issues. We were expecting two single bed bedrooms, but ended up with four double bed bedrooms.
