I was in Kigali for work and stayed at Five To Five for a few days. The hotel was the perfect base, close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome as a solo traveler. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the terrace and my room, overlooking the city and hills. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and stunning views.

Amazing customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Solange at the reception. The rooms were spotless and had all the amenities I needed. The 24-hour restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet and personalized service from Rebecca. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, organizing taxis and even offering to bring breakfast to my room. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport and bus park. I highly recommend Five To Five for its affordability, cleanliness, and convenience.

The transport to and from the airport was perfect and included in the costs. A stocked bar fridge in the room had the same prices as the downstairs bar.

Had a fun Christmas time and the free drinks and cookies were a nice touch. the location was perfect for getting around and the free shuttle to the airport was very helpful. Loved the pool and the fact that it was open late which was great since we had a late arrival.
