During my New Year stay in this hotel, I was pleased with two key aspects. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options including melons, cereal, coffees, teas, and scrambled eggs. It was a great way to start the day. Secondly, the location was excellent, with a pleasant walking distance to the city centre and attractions. the area felt safe and clean, and there were also good connections with public transport if needed.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my stay. One thing that I didn't like was the shower in the room.

The hotel was in a convenient location, very close to shops and the center of the city. I could easily access the central bus terminal and reach the city center in just 5 minutes using the underground. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff did a great job of keeping it tidy on a daily basis. The hotel facilities, including the relaxing steam room and sauna, were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay.

I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

But what really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly helpful and had a constant smile on their faces. From the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Plus, having a supermarket nearby was really convenient.

The only slight downside was the breakfast option. Although the hotel mentioned the breakfast hours, they didn't inform us that it was not included in the price, and we ended up having to pay 15 € per person per breakfast.
