I was shocked by the check-in process, which took nearly an hour due to only one receptionist handling multiple hotels. The lack of clear directions for hotel parking compounded the frustration. Additionally, I encountered issues with the room key system, which seemed outdated and caused confusion with other guests. To top it off, my family and I were disappointed to find breakfast options lacking essential items like milk, leaving us scrambling in the morning.

Room cleanliness could be more consistent!!! The heating system needs to be improved, as some rooms can become excessively hot!!! A better selection of TV channels would enhance the entertainment experience!!! The lack of clear luggage room access raises security concerns!!!

I had a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room. The hotel was just steps away from a bus stop that made getting around easy. I enjoyed a great breakfast that offered fresh pastries and a variety of options. I also found myself enjoying the wellness area. The sauna was a relaxing way to end my day of exploring. I walked through the city and enjoyed the charm it has to offer, a nice change for a single traveler like me.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place was perfect for launching trips, like visiting Schönbrunn Palace and taking a walk in Stadtpark. Easy access to transport and a clean, spacious room made everything smooth. Definitely enjoyed the nearby bus and metro stations for getting around. I recommend the breakfast buffet!

One downside was the shuttle service to the airport. it was overpriced at 45 € per person. Not what I expected for transportation. It would be good to consider other options if you're traveling from here.
