The room was nice and spacious, with a cute balcony looking at

the busy Prater amusement park. It was fantastic to have breakfast available, though it was a bit basic. The staff were attentive, making sure we felt welcome. Just be aware, it's a 30-minute walk to the city center, which might not suit everyone.

I loved waking up each morning to a varied breakfast spread that included fresh options to fuel my day. The friendly staff genuinely made an effort to help with recommendations and tips for local attractions.

However, the room was a bit small and a bit too warm at night, even with the window open. The air conditioning was also somewhat finicky—definitely something to monitor if light sleeping is your thing!

The air conditioning units were quite loud—definitely disrupted my sleep!!! Also, the small room size left much to be desired!!! Additionally, the inconsistent Wi-Fi performance was frustrating when trying to work!!!

the room was absolutely microscopic and stunk like sewage. A high-quality coffee machine would have been nice to enjoy decent coffee instead of the instant stuff. Also, woudl ve been nice to get an upgrade after such atrocious service, but apparently preferential treatment is for those who stay at actual 4 hotels, not here.
