Stayed in a boutique hotel for a city break. The best aspects of the hotel are the pool and the bed. The pool is very nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing swim during the hot days of the city. The bed is very comfortable, great for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel is also located in a central area, close to many restaurants and shops.

The worst aspects of the hotel overshadowed the good parts. The service was very poor and the staff was not friendly or helpful at all.

Located right next to the beautiful Pattaya beach, Veranda Resort offers a convenient and stunning beachfront experience. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean right from their rooms, without even having to cross the road. The contemporary modern design of the rooms, complete with luxurious faucets and mixers, provides a comfortable and stylish stay. The hotel staff goes above and beyond with their excellent service, treating guests like VIPs. The Jetty restaurant is a must-visit, offering fabulous food and breathtaking views.

Limited cabanas and pool seating areas may require guests to share with Veranda residence guests.

This hotel was a great getaway spot, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled my exclusive needs. The outdoor swimming pool was divine, and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Beach access was easy and quick, and the massage center was top-notch. The sun terrace was the highlight of my stay, with comfortable sun loungers and a superb view of the ocean.

The restaurant, which offered limited food options at quite a high price. Although the Buffet breakfast was not a letdown, the poolside snack bar and Bar/ Lounge area were missed.
