We truly got our money's worth and had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious, perfect for our family and the baby crib provided was of great quality. Every day, the room was cleaned impeccably. The hotel's restaurants exceeded our expectations and the convenience of having pharmacies, grocery stores, and everything we needed close by added to the overall experience. The location was ideal and the staff treated us with utmost care and attention, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

The food at any time was a plus, especially being able to have dinner late at night. the location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those needing easy access to the airport.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the hotel had no gym, which was disappointing.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive destination, fulfilling all of my needs with its exceptional amenities. the private facilities provided were outstanding, and I especially loved the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool. the staff were incredibly attentive and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. the location is fantastic, with beautiful gardens to relax in.

My only minor issue was with the buffet breakfast, which could have had more variety. Nonetheless, the restaurant options were varied and of high quality.

Celebrated New Year at a hotel close to the airport. Fast check-in and check-out, friendly front desk staff. Pools and gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. Great variety of food at the breakfast buffet and the chef cooked a tasty omelette to order. Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the property.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, which made it difficult to avoid secondhand smoke. The hotel restaurants were costly, with limited affordable food options. No shuttle service to and from the airport, which made it a bit of an inconvenience.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Multiple dining options and tasty pancakes for breakfast. Access to a lounge and great service from butlers Mohammed Ali and Mohammed Taha. Enjoyable massage at the spa. Lovely atmosphere with many weddings in the evenings.

We had a great time exploring the local attractions in the area. On Thursday afternoon, we were able to visit the pyramids, which were conveniently located just a short distance from the hotel. The Lebanese restaurant nearby also provided a delicious dining experience, offering a wide range of tasty dishes. the hotel's close proximity to Cairo airport made our arrival and departure a breeze.
