The restaurant on the top floor offers stunning views and serves a delicious breakfast. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated at the bottom of a steep hill and in a run-down area, which can be inconvenient, especially during rush hours.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted with the wide range of breakfast options, including delicious breads, cheeses, and pastries. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. We also received lovely souvenirs at departure, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque, and Haga Sophia. Public transport was also close by and very convenient.

Special thanks to Ayca, Veysel, and Taner at the reception, they were truly remarkable. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic, with an amazing view. Gigdem and Gul were very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Ms. Mutlu, the restaurant manager, was also very attentive and made sure that the guests had everything they needed. They even gave us Turkish delight and coffee. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the heart of the city and very close to many tourist places like Agia Sophia. It's also walking distance to Kampuki square, which has great restaurants. The hotel is also near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city and avoid traffic. I would recommend registering for the hes code system to use the metro.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Turkey. It was within walking distance to a small square with beautiful views and also close to shopping malls like Forum or Zorlu Centre. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of choices to cater to all dietary preferences. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the center, in the proximity of the Grand Bazaar, was perfect for sightseeing. The staff, from housekeeping to management, were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was superb every morning, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was cleaned and had the towels changed daily.

The only downside we experienced was that the hotel is located down a hill, which made it a little difficult to climb with a baby stroller. However, this should not deter others from staying here.

This hotel is incredible. It has a central location close to fish market, restaurants, shops, and tourist areas like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, all within walking distance. Breakfast on the terrace with a sea view is a great experience. The staff, especially Talib, Mutlu, and Cigdem, are helpful and amazing. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has great AC/heating. The beds are comfortable, and the terrace is gorgeous with a high view of the city. The bar serves delicious food and drinks. They also help arrange taxis and provide a safe environment.

The rooms lacked soundproofing, resulting in noise from neighboring rooms and the street being easily heard. the bathroom was small and had issues with water blockage in the shower area, making it difficult to take showers.

We were amazed by the honesty of the taxi driver who found and returned our lost phone. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for travel. we had a delightful stay at this conveniently located hotel.
