During my Christmas stay, I really liked the comfortable beds and the clean and stylish rooms. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from the famous Schönbrunn Palace and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the polite and helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the air conditioning in the rooms was not effective, even during the winter, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly and efficient receptionist who made checking in a breeze. The room had all the amenities we needed, including storage space, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom may have been small, but it had plenty of shelf space for toiletries and a great shower. Towels were changed daily, which was a nice touch. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the bar food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel's easy access to public transport was a big plus for exploring the city.

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.
