The spa area at Elements Resort Zell Am See; BW Signature Collection was absolutely fantastic. The pool was exquisite and the modern design of the room was very impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and even showed us to our room personally. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with the waiters providing excellent service.

The hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area, providing guests with stunning views right from their balconies. Guests can enjoy the serene atmosphere of nature and indulge in outdoor activities. The rooms are comfortable and offer exceptional views. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities are a great addition, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is situated right next to a large industrial area, which may not be appealing to those looking for a more natural and secluded setting. T

Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum, ganz in der Nähe der Küste und aller Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren schön, komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war frisch und hatte alles, was man zum Frühstück benötigt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The breakfast and dinner were both very good and we loved the complementary amenities of the sauna and pool. the underground parking was also a nice bonus. Plus, we really enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows in our room.

We had a negative experience with one of the waiters during dinner. When we asked to be moved to a larger table, he threw a tantrum and made us feel unwelcome.

The resort has a laundry room, complimentary drinks in the fridge, and a nice spa/wellbeing area. The scenery outside is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is yummy and the staff is friendly. Plus, there are plenty of activities to enjoy.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The service from the reception to the waiters was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel offers various amenities such as a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, providing a great level of relaxation. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a large industrial area, making it easily accessible. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

There were only a few minor downsides to our stay. The breakfast, although satisfying, could have had fresher and more appealing food options.
