The restaurant bar does not open until Monday, which may be disappointing if you're looking to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

We had a very comfortable stay at a hotel in Vienna. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were quick to resolve any issues we had, such as a malfunctioning safe and phone. The breakfast provided plenty of options and the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of popular attractions and with easy access to public transport. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to museums and art galleries. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The breakfast included was the best we had during our three weeks in Austria. The hotel facilities were also excellent.

It is situated just outside the tourist spot, with a tram stop and metro station within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including delicious goodies. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are impeccably clean.

The rooms could benefit from some updating to make them more modern and comfortable.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay and are always cheerful and helpful. The air conditioning is excellent, which was a relief during a hot spell. The upgraded bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The real standout is the breakfast, with a variety of stations offering everything from fresh garden produce to delicious meats and bread. The coffee is superb, and the dining room is elegantly furnished. The hotel's location is convenient, just a short U4 trip from the rail station Mitte and a quick walk to the old town.
