Stayed with toddler, loved massive heated indoor/outdoor pool. Great views of the pool. Immaculately cleaned and very comfortable room. Friendly professional staff. Kids club was the best.

The family room on the kid's floor was spacious and well-equipped. Kids enjoyed their comfy beds and the playroom. Staff was friendly and attentive to children. The massive heated indoor/outdoor pool with life jackets for toddlers was a hit. Beautifully set in a peaceful forest, offering tranquility away from the busy Jeju Island.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in Jeju Island. The stunning architecture and use of Frette bedding made for a luxurious and comfortable experience. The top floor Italian restaurant was the perfect spot for dining with delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the small stroll and garden for a morning walk. The heated rooftop pool area was a great feature and we appreciated having laundry and lending services available. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the spa facilities were top-notch. The hotel's tranquil forest setting provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the island. Our toddler had a fantastic time in the kids club and the massive heated indoor/outdoor pool was a hit for both kids and adults. The hotel was immaculately cleaned and the staff were always professional and friendly.

The temperature in the rooms couldn't be adjusted and that we didn't receive a response when calling reception. The hotel is also a bit of a walk from the beach and the view from our room was not ideal.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were slightly expensive. However, their kids friendly amenities were great. They had an amazing playground and a fantastic indoor/outdoor pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

The walls were incredibly thin, and late night concerts prevented kids from falling asleep. One night, there was an unexpected blackout due to a defective system.

During my stay here, I experienced luxurious amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The exquisite indoor and outdoor swimming pool was the best I’ve ever seen with life jackets and floaties for kids. The staff was very friendly and professional, making sure that my family and I had a great experience. I loved playing with my kids in the kids’ club and the playground. Additionally, the hotel's location advantages, with breathtaking views from the room, and delicious restaurant, and bar/lounge area, made my stay unforgettable.

There was one minor issue with the thin walls, as I could hear the late-night concert from the room, which made it difficult for my kids to fall asleep. Also, there was an unexpected blackout one night due to a random inspection, which interrupted our stay.
