Excellent location, facilities, and food. Family-friendly with great child programs and entertainment options. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Spa is spacious and modern. Great for families with children over 3 years. Good value for full board.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right on the ski slopes. You can easily access the slopes from the hotel without any hassle. The staff at the ski rental are friendly and provide good equipment for skiing. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of space for wardrobe and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with all necessary amenities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food options.

The hotel could use some refurbishment to improve its overall appearance and facilities.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the slopes and beside the main ski area. The staff at the ski rental were friendly and provided top-notch equipment. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I loved the fact that I could charge my Tesla for free. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. The entertainment options for kids were outstanding, with a playroom and evening animation. I was impressed with the attentive service and the quality of amenities available here.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spent a Christmas at this hotel - Amazing experience! Delicious food, good skiing conditions, and a beautiful mountain view. Also loved the spa and wellness area, especially the indoor pool. Kids had so much fun, while parents had a chance to relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel organized great activities for guests during the Christmas period.

There was no real peace and quiet in the dining area, as it was crowded and noisy. Also, the ventilation could be improved in order to prevent cooking smells from lingering on guests' clothes and hair. Despite these small issues, our stay was unforgettable and we would recommend the hotel to families looking for entertainment and relaxation during their holiday.
