The elevators are outdated and difficult to use. The room cleaning could be improved as glasses were not replaced and the toilet flush button had issues.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus Trans Jakarta and the newly available MRT, making it easy to navigate around the city. Additionally, it is situated in between two big shopping malls, providing plenty of shopping and dining options for guests. The hotel is also close to the business area, making it ideal for business travelers.

The rooms do not come equipped with an iron board and iron, which may be inconvenient for guests who require them.
